Please indicate below how many standard adults, seniors and students will be joining the tour you have selected, including yourself. Please be sure to tell us the names of the other people who are coming with you in the box labeled “Please enter all Guests Names,” because all tickets sold are associated with those specific individuals. Then click the “Purchase Now” button, which will take you to a credit/debit card payment page to complete your purchase. Once you have paid, you will receive an email receipt of your tickets. Please print and present this receipt as your admission tickets when you arrive at the Museum, together with a photo identification of the person who purchased the tickets.

Transfer of a Ticket to Another
For security purposes, tickets are associated with specific individuals at the time tickets are purchased. If someone other than the person identified at the time a ticket is purchased arrives at the Museum in place of the person originally identified, the substitute will be denied entry unless you have notified us in advance of the substitution. Therefore, if you have purchased a ticket for admission to the Museum and wish to give that ticket to another person, you must contact us here or (303)293-2000 and provide us with the name of the person who will visit in your place.

Rescheduling and Refund Policy
If you have purchased a ticket for admission to the Museum and find that you are not able to visit the Museum at the time originally scheduled, please contact us here or (303)293-2000 to reschedule your visit. If for some reason you are not able to reschedule, please contact us in advance of the scheduled visit and we will authorize a full refund to the credit card used to purchase the admission. However, refunds are not offered for sold out programs and tours. Because admission is limited to a specific number of individuals for each scheduled tour time, refunds will not be made for simple no-shows except in exceptional circumstances as determined by the Museum in its sole discretion.
